    – Administration creates an unsafe environment by ignoring teacher emails. For example: assistance for students in need and not reporting incidents. This has lead to a lack of communication.
    -Administration targets select staff and bullies through the use of poor evaluations.
    -Administration does not follow special education laws.
    -Administration does not follow DOE regulations about cell phone use in school.
    -Instead of disciplining students with behavior issues, they reward them.
    -Administration uses false language on evaluations.

  2. Member Support

    -Administrator targets staff and therefore, there is a high turnover (About 85% of staff is untenured)
    -Safety is a huge issue and aggressive acts do not get reported, rather students are rewarded.
    -Principal plays favorites with Middle School staff giving some twice as many preps as others.
    -Principal uses a mega phone to get the attention of 3rd-5th graders.
    -Administrator does not follow Special Education laws rather, makes his own list of who gets services and who does not.
    -Administrator does not reply to requests of custodial, secretarial, para, and academic staff members.
    -Principal refuses to allow a parent group to organize.
